Apply for colette Membership

When approved, we'll send you a welcome email and you will be able to attend a colette club. 

Approved members can login to purchase tickets in advance and also participate in the colette Online Social network (online social membership purchase required).

And, members can show their member card on their phone to streamline door checkin at the club.

If you already attended a colette club and purchased a club membership, use this form to establish your profile and get a login.  Make sure to use the same email you provided when entering the club, so the system can find your club membership.

* Two photos are required.  One that is only visible to our staff, and the other that is visible to other members when they view Who's Going pages.
* Please use a classy first photo. No frontal nudity, genitalia or sex acts on first photo but allowed on all other photos.
* Couples applications must show both of you in the photos. Full body photos are preferred.
* Sexy photos are allowed. The more the better! 
* You must own the photos you are submitting or your profile will not be approved.
* No Inanimate Objects, Memes or cartoons allowed.
* Your pics are only visible to other online social members by default.
* You may also upload "passkey" photos that are visible to other members to whom you grant access.
 

Acceptance:
- We will review your application promptly and reply within 48 hours
- If accepted, you will be notified via email. We reserve all rights to choose our members. 
- If declined your email will not be able to access our system again so be sure you put the required information or you will have to use a different email to apply again!
